Your team

A dedicated team you know by name.

Every customer has its own dedicated team of four named roles, backed by a shared bench of technical leads, and customer and insights specialists.

Your main contact

Business Performance Partner

Accountable for everything Visory delivers to you. Agrees the scope with you, walks you through your numbers monthly or quarterly, and is the person you call.

You meet your partner at the onboarding kick-off. Before that, a senior member of the Visory team runs your free financial health check.

  • Runs the service

    Manager

Runs your service day to day: who does what, when, and to what standard. Checks the work is accurate and compliant before it reaches you.

  • Keeps the books

    Bookkeeper

Codes and reconciles your transactions, runs bills and invoices, posts journal entries and adjustments, and closes the month.

  • Runs payroll

    Payroll Specialist

Runs every pay run with Delphi AI preparing and checking it, then pays it on schedule through your payroll platform once you approve, with federal, state, and local withholding calculated and the filings prepared from the same run.

Your team, with Delphi AI

Your team does the work. Delphi takes the repetitive parts.

Your Visory team runs your finance function: they know your business, make the judgment calls, and stand behind every result. Delphi, Visory's AI, works under their direction and takes on the repetitive preparation, so more of their time goes into checking, judgment, and advice.

Leads the work

Your named team

  • Knows your business, your rules, and what matters to you.
  • Makes the judgment calls, and oversees the work at every step.
  • Explains your numbers and the next move, in plain English.

With Delphi AI assisting. Delphi takes on the repetitive preparation under your team's direction, so their time goes on the work that needs a person.

Approves

You

You approve each pay run and each bill before it is paid. The decisions that move money stay with you.

Nothing is paid without your approval. Every step leaves an audit trail you can see.

Getting started

Start with clarity, not a contract.

Three steps before you commit to anything. Each one is useful on its own.

Before you commit

  1. Two people shake hands across a desk beside a laptop
    1

    Book a discovery call

An obligation-free conversation about your goals and what you want the numbers to tell you.

Get your free financial health check

A senior member of the Visory team will analyze your financials and show you where your finance function can improve. It is free, and it is your own numbers.

Onboarding lays the foundations, in phases, from a clear scope. The state of your books sets the pace.

Onboarding

Onboarding, in phases.

Onboarding asks more of your time than any month after it, because it is where the foundations are laid. The state of your books sets the pace, and you get a clear scope before anything starts.

  1. Kick-off

Your Business Performance Partner runs the kick-off. You agree on the scope and what a successful onboarding looks like, and your team gets access to your accounting, payroll, and banking tools. Everything we need from you is asked for here, once.

A clean, agreed starting point, with no chasing later.

  2. Review

Your team reviews your balances, your file structure, and your chart of accounts, confirms how you want your reporting to work, and writes down your business rules: who approves what, and when.

A team that understands your numbers, and fewer judgment calls at month-end.

  3. Clean-up

The items the financial health check found are cleared, and books that are behind are brought current to an agreed point with catch-up bookkeeping. Most providers start on whatever file they are handed; we start by making yours right.

Your service starts from reconciled numbers you can trust.

  4. Setup

The platform is set up around you: bank feeds, expense capture, approvals, and payroll, with a parallel run and a supported first pay run. Your processes and decisions are written down as we go, and you get a walkthrough before go-live.

Predictable payroll and payments, with nothing resting on one person.

  5. Go-live

Your service goes live and your team runs your first month-end close. Your Business Performance Partner then walks you through what your first month shows.

A rhythm that repeats, month after month.

What we need from you

Onboarding moves as fast as access arrives, so your Business Performance Partner asks for everything at kick-off, once. You are not chased for things piecemeal.

  • Your goals, so what success looks like is agreed before any work starts.
  • Team access to your accounting software and your bank feeds.
  • Payroll access, with the details of your next pay run.
  • Your recent history: where your bills and receipts arrive today, and anything outstanding.
  • A decision-maker who can answer questions and approve how things are set up.

Every month

One monthly rhythm, then a conversation.

Payroll, bills, and receivables run through the month on the cadence you agree. Then the month comes back to you as decisions.

Through the month

Payroll, bills, and receivables

Run on the cadence you agree, with every pay run and bill coming to you for approval.

1

The close

Your books are reconciled and the month is closed by your team, on a timetable agreed during onboarding.

2

The Insights brief

Visory Insights, in plain English: what changed in your numbers, what it means for you, and what to do next.

3

The partner session

A structured session with your Business Performance Partner to work through the brief and agree the next move.

Where the month ends: a decision

Your part, and ours

What you approve, and what is handled for you.

Everything else, from coding transactions to chasing invoices, is handled for you. Deadlines for each are agreed during onboarding.

YouFive things, and you stay in control

The decisions that move money stay with you.

  • You approve each pay run before it is paid.
  • You approve bills before they are paid, and authorize the payments.
  • You give us authority to retrieve documents wherever possible.
  • You answer the occasional query from your team through the platform.
  • You sit down monthly or quarterly with your Business Performance Partner.

VisoryYour team runs the rest

Your team does the work, with Delphi AI helping prepare the routine parts.

  • Codes and reconciles your transactions.
  • Runs bills and invoices, and chases the invoices you are owed.
  • Checks and pays every pay run, with withholding calculated and the filings prepared from the same run.
  • Posts journal entries and adjustments from reconciled books.
  • Closes the month and walks you through your numbers.

Your data

Your books stay yours.

You own your accounting file

Your books stay in your own QuickBooks or Xero file, which you own and can open at any time. Your team works inside it with access limited to the role each person holds.

A full offboarding if you leave

If you leave, Visory runs a full, professional offboarding and handover, so your records, filings, and access pass cleanly to whoever takes over. Your data stays available for export for 30 days, as Visory's Terms of Business set out.

Your file, in your own software

QuickBooks Xero
