The thinking behind Visory: service as a software
On November 16, 2021, SmartCompany published my article "Flipping SaaS on Its Head: Introducing 'Service as a Software'". It set down the idea Visory was built on, and the bet we made underneath it: that AI would let a services business trade labor cost for compute, with people verifying and signing off.
