Partner program
Introduce the businesses that have outgrown their books.
You advise growing businesses. When one needs its finance function run properly, introduce us. Visory runs the bookkeeping, payroll, payables, and receivables, and a Business Performance Partner turns the numbers into decisions every month.
- You make the introduction. We run the conversation from there.
- The Visory team looks after every business you refer.
- Your relationship stays yours. You hear how each introduction goes.
Who partners with Visory
For anyone who advises growing businesses.
Our partners see the same moment from different sides: a business that has grown faster than its finance function.
-
Business advisors and coaches
When the plan needs real numbers.
Clients who are making decisions on figures that are weeks old, and want a monthly view they can act on.
-
Lenders and loan brokers
When a lender asks for current financials.
Businesses that need reconciled, up-to-date records before they borrow, refinance, or apply for funding.
-
Industry associations and networks
When members run on complex rules.
Members dealing with complex payroll, grant reporting requirements, or schedules that change every week.
-
Franchisors and multi-site groups
When every site needs the same standard.
Networks that want consistent books at each site and one view of how the whole group is performing.
-
Software and platform partners
When customers need a team, not another tool.
Customers who have the right systems but no one to run the processing inside them, every week.
When to introduce us
The signs a business is ready.
If you hear one of these from a client, it is usually the right time for a conversation.
- The owner is still doing the books at night or on weekends.
- Month-end arrives late, or not at all, so decisions run on old numbers.
- Payroll has become a risk: changing schedules, withholding, and filings every pay run.
- Bills and invoices pile up, and cash is harder to predict than it should be.
- The business has outgrown one bookkeeper but is not ready for a full finance team.
- A board, funder, investor, or lender is asking for better reporting.
How it works
Four steps, and you stay in the loop.
You decide how involved you want to be. We do the scoping, the proposal, and the onboarding.

What your clients get
Their finance function, run every month.
The businesses you introduce get the same service as every Visory customer.
-
One team
A client team that knows the business.
A Business Performance Partner, a Manager, a Bookkeeper, and a Payroll Specialist, backed by specialists, who work with the business every month.
-
The whole finance function
Bookkeeping, payroll, payables, and receivables.
Run end to end inside the systems the business already uses, such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Gusto. The business keeps its own accounting file.
-
Delphi AI, with human oversight
Routine processing done fast, every step checked.
Delphi AI prepares and checks the routine processing in the background, and an expert team runs and oversees the work. Nothing that moves money happens without the business approving it.
-
Visory Insights
A regular conversation about performance.
Each month the Business Performance Partner turns the numbers into a short brief on what is happening, what it means, and what to do next.

Common questions
Questions partners ask.
Who can become a Visory partner?
Anyone who advises growing businesses and wants a trusted place to send them for their finance function: business advisors and coaches, lenders and loan brokers, industry associations, franchisors, and software partners.
What kind of business should I introduce?
Growing US businesses and nonprofits, typically with annual revenue between $750k and $20m, led by a CEO, president, or founder who wants their numbers kept current and explained every month.
What happens after I make an introduction?
We contact the business on the terms you agree with them. A senior member of the Visory team meets the owner, runs a free financial health check on their numbers, and proposes the service at a flat monthly fee. We let you know how it goes.
Does the business have to change its software?
No. Visory works inside the systems the business already uses, such as QuickBooks or Xero for the books and Gusto for payroll, and the business keeps its own accounting file.
Do you work with businesses anywhere in the United States?
Yes. Our US leadership team is in New York, and our client teams work with businesses across the United States.
Can I see how the work looks before I introduce a client?
Yes. In your first conversation with our partnerships team we walk you through how a client team works and what the monthly Visory Insights brief looks like.
